The Indian Army published notification for 23rd University Entry Scheme (23 UES Army) for Engineering Graduates(pre-final year) for the academic session 2012 – 2013. This recruitment is for grant of permanent commission in Indian Army for the course commencing in July 2014.Complete eligibility requirements, application format and procedure available in Employment News dated 11th Aug 2012.




Eligibility:

Only unmarried male candidates those are studying Pre Final Year Engineering Courses for the academic session 2012-2013 are eligible.

Indian Air force is conducting FTS-Fast Track Selection at Puducherry on 10 August 2012 for shortlisting men and women for Meteorological branch for the course commencing on Jan 2013. 


Venue:

Guest House Auditorium, Pondicherry University, RV Nagar Kalapet, Puducherry-605014

Eligibility:

Both men and women with the following qualifications are eligible.
Age: 20-25 Years as on 01 July 2013 i.e born in between 02 July 1988 to 01 July 1993. The upper age limit is relaxed upto 27 Years (i.e born in between 02 July 1986 to 01 July 1993) for candidates who have completed Ph D after completing following educational qualifications.
Education Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in any Science  stream / Mathematics / Statistics / Geography / Computer Applications / Environmental Science / Applied Physics / Oceanography / Meteorology / Agricultural Meteorology / Ecology & Environment / Geo-physics / Environmental Biology with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate of all papers put together (Provided Maths and Physics were studied at Graduation Level, with a minimum of 55% marks in both).
Note: All the candidates should be able to provide provisional/original degree by the university latest by 15 Dec 2012.

How to Apply

  1. On the spot registration will take place between 0800Hrs -1100 Hrs on 07 Aug 2012 at the venue mentioned.

  2. Original certificate of secondary school examination as proof of DOB.
  3. Mark sheets of senior secondary school.
  4. All original mark sheets of Graduation/Post graduation.

If you are going for SSB Interview and your present address which you have given at the time of applying has changed, then you are required to submit an application for change of address. This will make sure that all your future communication related to SSB Interview goes correct 

Importance of Action:

  1.  If you get recommend, all future communication between you and SSB board or HQ will be on the address you have provided or available with them.
  2.  Keeping old address may create lots of problem for you, there are lots of formalities and paper work comes once you get recommend and go through medical examination.
  3. You can submit the application form at the time of SSB interview or can post it directly to the SSB board earlier.

Note:

  1. You cannot change your SSB board once allotted
  2. This application form is not related to changing your address to get your call letter or admit card at new address. 
  3. Follow the instructions as per the call letter you have.

Get two copies of the application printout.  One copy of print out application duly signed and affixed photograph attested by Gazzetted Officer there on and attested copies of 10th Class Certificate, 12th Class certificate alongwith Degree/Provisional Degree of B.E/B.Techor marksheet of eight semesters of B.E/B.Tech are to be forwarded to “Additional Directorate General of Recruiting (Rtg-6), TGC Section, West Block-III, RK Puram, New Delh-110066.”  Forwarding these applications the words “Online application for 40th SSC (Tech) Men/11th SSC (Tech) Women and the Roll No.……….. “ must be written boldly outside the envelope.

You are a pre-final or final year student and still waiting for results or your mark sheets are still not out, you must be confused regarding the documents you need at the time of SSB interview, you must have a question whether you can attend SSB interview without all original documents or not.

Yes, you can attend the interview without original marksheets or result awaited if you are a final or pre-final year student and waiting for your result or you have submitted your documents for higher studies, there are certain formalities which you have to follow. Few applications are required at the time of interview from final and pre-final year students. You can get the format of application in your call letter, and you’r suggested to follow the same format as mentioned in your call letters.
