I applied for UES-23 Indian Army. I got called for the screening interview coming sunday. What will they do at this interview. Is there any test to be written. How to prepare for this interview. Please guide me.
If there are a lot of candidates then they might conduct it in 2 steps: 1. GD then only shortlisted ones to 2nd stage i.e. PI.
Else if less candidates then only PI. They might ask only about GK. or if you boast about your technical knowledge then they might ask you little tech as well.
The whole process will be over in a day itself. Results should be sent to your TPO of college by dec end.

ir ,i have appeared for UES-23 of Indian Army, i had given campus interview in my college that is preliminary stage my interview went quite good ,i am in electrical engg in pre final year my btech agregate is only 50 percent ,do i have any chance of getting call for SSB interview? ,as it is mentioned in UES -23 advertisent ,prelimainary selection will be based on campus interviews .

they say, itz only for pre final year…bt in our clg only final year studnts wer interviewed…
1. It is possible that the short listed candidates at that time are not called for interview. This happens to be the same case at my college , where 3 people were short listed but only name of 1 appears in the list.
2. If you are final year candidate then the must have selected u under TGC 115, which I believe the course has already started at IMA.
So if you still have query then you could probably contact the HQ over the same.

SJ is correct, for you it was TGC-115, if you remember one list came as ” Campus Selected Students” now the pre-final candidates will go along with TGC-116.

congrats, they take more sometimes, but again it depends on the number of vacancies present at that point of time, just be free and do your present job and let the merit list come, there is nothing you can do about it. I wish you all the best.

I have heard that the call letter for TGC 115 have been received by our college senior passouts a week ago. I know you keep replying to almost same questions but in curiosity i would like to ask your opinion.
The pre-ssb interview was held in our college , then we dint knew that we need to carry all the certificates along with us ,the interviewer told me that he is making me fit for the SSB and asked me to post the photocopies of the certificates to an address.i ve posted them .
So , what do you think about my chances of making it to the SSB ?

sir i am in b.tech 3rd year for the session 2012-13 with cs branch(61%), in next few month likely september army will come to our campus,in their preliminary selection process what kind of interview they conduct (is it technical)?,does percentage or other activities affect the selection,
Avinash they will conduct a aptitude test which is purely based on general knowledge.Once you clear it you will be called for Personal Interview at the campus.The list of shortlisted will come in jan-feb’13.They dont see your percentage at all.

The ssb centers for the selected candidates should be out by july 2012. Last year the SSB interviews for the PFY started in nov 2011 and ended by jan 2012.

UES (FY) SSB interviews are over by now, and the course is to start in july 2012, while the UES 22 (PFY) SSB is yet to be conducted and the couse will commence in july 2013.

were you selected for SSB interview ?? if yes then you will go through the normal SSB interview procedure.

Is UES 22(FY) removed this year ? Because in the advertisement its mentioned only pfy. And also when they had come to our college for pre-ssb interviews ,i was shortlisted there , they told us that they will fill our tgc-115 form and told us not to fill the tgc-115 form online.Neither i received call letter for tgc115 nor for UES….please reply
