On the sidelines of the ongoing Army Commanders’ Conference, General Upendra Dwivedi, Chief of the Army Staff (COAS), felicitated the winners of the prestigious COAS Gold Medal Essay Competition, an initiative aimed at igniting minds and fostering intellectual engagement across all ranks of the Indian Army.
