The Graduation Ceremony of the 150th Air Traffic Surveillance Services (ATSS) Course and the 113th Air Traffic Management & Air Laws (Basic) Course was conducted at the Air Traffic Control Officers Training Establishment (ATCOTE), Hyderabad, on 28 March 2025.
Air Marshal S Shrinivas, Commandant, Air Force Academy, presided over the ceremony as the Reviewing Officer and commended the graduating officers for their dedication and successful completion of the rigorous training programs.
ATCOTE, a premier institution of the Indian Air Force (IAF), plays a pivotal role in training and equipping Air Traffic Control (ATC) officers with the skills and knowledge necessary to ensure safe and efficient management of air traffic operations.
The 150th Air Traffic Surveillance Services (ATSS) Course focused on imparting advanced knowledge and skills in radar surveillance, air traffic control techniques, and managing air traffic under complex operational scenarios. The course prepared the graduating officers to handle dynamic operational environments, ensuring seamless surveillance and airspace management.
The 113th Air Traffic Management & Air Laws (Basic) Course provided foundational training in air traffic management principles, aviation regulations, and air law compliance.
