Chief of the Army Staff (COAS), General Upendra Dwivedi, visited the Western Command from 28 to 29 March 2025, where he conducted a comprehensive review of operational preparedness along the western borders and attended the Capability Development Conference aimed at enhancing the Army’s combat effectiveness and technological prowess.
