Running relentlessly in a continuous loop for 12 hours, Rana exemplified unwavering determination, unyielding perseverance, and extraordinary mental resilience. His achievement not only showcases individual athleticism but also reflects the high standards of physical fitness upheld by the BSF.

The Director General of the BSF lauded this commendable feat, highlighting it as a testament to the dedication and resilience inherent in the force’s personnel.
