Lieutenant General Dhiraj Seth, General Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Southern Command, visited Porbandar to engage in a strategic operational discussion with the Flag Officer Gujarat Naval Area (FOGNA) and the Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of the Indian Coast Guard (ICG).
