90 Non-Commissioned Officers Passed Out From Army Medical Corps Centre and College

Havildar (Health Assistant) Aggu Vittal of Field Hospital Tangtse was awarded the prestigious Naik Deepak Singh, Vir Chakra Rolling Trophy for securing First Position in the course. The award commemorates exceptional performance and dedication, inspiring others to strive for excellence.

A Course Ending Parade was held at the Army Medical Corps (AMC) Centre and College, Lucknow, marking the successful completion of the Senior Cadre Course Serial No. 03 on 11 December 2024. The event was reviewed by Maj Gen Parag A Deshmukh, Commandant and Chief Instructor of the Officers Training College.

A total of 90 Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs) from the Armed Forces Medical Services (AFMS) successfully completed the ten-week course, which focused on:

  • Combat Medical Support: Intensive training in providing medical aid under operational conditions.
  • Leadership Preparation: Equipping NCOs with the skills necessary to assume junior leadership roles within their units.
