Faculty from the College of Defence Management (CDM) under the Integrated Defence Staff (IDS) conducted a transformative Organizational Behaviour session for 41 participant officers attending the ISC-13 course at the Military Intelligence Training School and Depot (MINTSD) in Pune.
This engaging session explored essential leadership and organizational concepts, including self-awareness, leadership mindsets, team dynamics, communication strategies, and adaptive leadership. The goal of the session was to empower the officers with the skills necessary to drive excellence and lead change effectively.
MINTSD, established in 1950, has evolved into one of India’s premier institutions dedicated to training intelligence professionals across the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Para-Military Forces.
Offering a wide range of intelligence courses, MINTSD ensures its graduates are equipped with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary for modern intelligence operations.
Notable programs at MINTSD include diplomas in Combat Intelligence and Security, Security and Intelligence Tradecraft, and Satellite and Aerial Imagery Interpretation, as well as postgraduate diplomas in Combat Intelligence Analysis and Management, and Counter Intelligence.
