Colonel Waibhav Anil Kale (Retd), a distinguished officer who was serving as a Security Coordination Officer with the United Nations in Rafah, Gaza, has passed away. His last rites were conducted in Pune with full state and military honours, in the presence of his family, friends, and relatives.
