Major Chitresh Singh Bisht Indian Army officer has lost his life in an explosion in the Rajouri sector along the Line of Control. May God give his family the strength to bear this loss. Major-rank Army officer martyred while defusing an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) which was planted by terrorists. The officer is from the Corps of Engineers. The IED was planted 1.5 kms inside the Line of Control in the Naushera sector, Rajouri district, in J&K.
