All applicants whose applications are submitted by due date will be called for AFCAT at one of the examination centres on either 24 August 2019 (Saturday) or 25 August 2019 (Sunday). It is mandatory for the candidates opting for Ground Duty (Technical) branch to appear in both AFCAT as well as Engineering Knowledge Test (EKT).
AFCAT 2019 Online Exam Timings
The following details are as per the latest notification AFCAT 2 2019. The AFCAT (and EKT) will be conducted in two days as per the following schedule.
Note: Candidates will not be permitted to enter the exam centre, under any circumstance, after the pre-exam verification process has commenced at 08:00 hrs for shift-I and 1230 hrs for shift-II.
AFCAT 2 2019 For Serving Airmen: Serving airmen are also required to apply like other applicants. In addition, they would have to apply as per the service format given in AFO 11/ 2015 through service channel.

Flying Branch- Candidate must have a graduate in any discipline with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level or B.E/B. Tech with minimum 60% marks. Ground Duty (Technical)- Candidates must have a graduation level degree in any discipline with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level with minimum 60% marks. Ground Duty (Non-Technical)- Candidates must have graduation level degree any discipline with minimum 60% marks and obtain 60% marks in Section A & B examination of Aeronautical Society of India or Associate Membership of Institute Engineers (India). |
