CDS Exam SSB Interview Registration

CDS Exam result was declared recently and many candidates who have cleared the exam are confused about the whole SSB interview procedure. In this article we are going to cover frequently asked questions by candidates who cleared the CDS written exam and also make you aware of the SSB interview registration procedure.

In the result published by the UPSC following paragraph says

All the candidates who have successfully qualified in the written exam are required to register themselves online on the Indian Army Recruiting website joinindianarmy.nic.in within two weeks of announcement of written result. The successful candidates would then be allotted Selection Centres and dates, of SSB interview which shall be communicated on the registered e-mail ID. Any candidate who has already registered earlier on the site will not be required to do so. In case of any query/Login problem, e-mail be forwarded to [email protected].

How to register?

  • Visit joinindianarmy.nic.in and sign up like any other portal.
  • If you have already registered with the website, do not make another account and login to your account to check further.
  • Once logged in you can select your SSB date for CDS exam.

Note:

  • The same was informed last time also but later joinindianarmy asked candidates not to register and they got the call up letter directly in their registered email.
  • Candidates must keep checking their registered email IDs with the UPSC. As CDS is a UPSC entry, they email the call letters.
  • Joinindianarmy website is down and it will open on 24 Mar 2017. Hopefully some work is going on in it related to the registration.
  • Candidates who cleared it for IAF and Navy should check the respective websites for any information available.
  • You will get the SSB call for only one service and based on your priority, irrespective of how many services you are selected for.
  • Candidates who have cleared the written test need to calm down because CDS is handled by UPSC and the process is very smooth, if you are not sure about anything ask us or any experienced candidate.
  • Focus more on preparation rather than waiting for the call letter which you will get eventually.
  • You don’t need to do wrong registration in hurry, make sure you confirm from someone before registering.
  • Till further notice, all successfully candidates are required to register online as mentioned in the result.

Latest Update:

We asked joinindianarmy regarding registration for CDS exam on the portal and they told us that it is not required for CDS
