Tips For Sure Shot Selection In TGC 123 SSB – Part 1

With the release of centre allotment list by the Indian army for its TGC entry I have been receiving mix response from the aspirants. Some are happy to see their names in the list and have stopped preparing as if this is the merit list of IMA, Some are still in dilemma how their name can come in the list and are confused what to do while other few are now waiting for the call letter or some other kind of confirmation. Please be informed, once your name has been shortlisted for the SSB, the main battle will be now in clearing the SSB. My advice will be to start working on your personality as soon you will be issued with the dates for SSB and there will be few lucky one who’s SSB will fall soon within a month or so. So don’t wait for the dates, just start working for the SSB. This week is full of many exams like CDS and AFCAT which are other gateways to get a call for SSB, so do proper time management to take both the things together.

In fact you should take both things together as SSB is something which need personality improvement and believe me it’s not that easy as it needs a lot of time. Moreover preparation of SSB is not some rocket science which needs lot of time every day, if things are taken properly under expert guidance half to one hour every day is more than sufficient for success. Don’t be horrified to see a long list of thirty thousand aspirants who have been shortlisted for this entry as this shortlist is purely based on academic qualification cut-off applied by the headquarter. You are entering a very tough competition as out of these thirty thousand some lucky sixty will be the officers as per the vacancy for this entry.

You yourself can gauge the toughness of competition as almost five hundred aspirants are fighting for one seat here and the much coveted stars on the shoulders. That’s why the line “SSB is a battle, fight it bravely~~ Jayendra pratap Singh”. The competition is fierce and this is a special exam which does not need any hard work, only personality improvement and revealing of your very own qualities can lead to success. Yes SSB is all about being yourself and if this is stringently followed, success if there for sure. In the next part of this series we will see what to do and how to start preparation.
