Meditation: Our mind mostly concentrates on an unhealthy factor such as on lust that automatically leads to agitation and make the mind distracted. Therefore, meditation is one of the best ways to concentrate on healthy factors and make our mind stable.
Pranayama: Pranayama means a pause in the moment of breath. The practice of Pranayama introduces higher pressure in the central canal of the spinal cord and brain. . The spiritual advantage of Pranayama can help to develop an individual’s personality by developing healthy and positive factors such as social adaptability, self confidence, positive attitude, courage, self restraint, correct physical attributes, and power of expression, integrity, determination and accountability.
Yoga: Yogic breathing is used to maximize inhalation and exhalation. Its purpose is to gain control of the breath, correct poor breathing habits and increase oxygen intake. This practice cools the body and mind and reduces mental and emotional excitations. It also helps to relieve stress and cerebral tension, alleviate anger, anxiety, and insomnia and reduces blood pressure.
