Indian Navy Logistics, Education and NAIC Notification June 2014 Batch

Official website of Indian Navy Nausena-bharti.nic.in has published the notification of Short Service Commission Logistics Officer/Permanent Commission Education/ Permanent Commission NAIC for the course commencing at Indian Naval Academy on July 2014. Eligible candidates can apply for this post through online registration at the portal mentioned below.

Indian Navy Selection Procedure

  • Candidates will be issued call up for Service Selection Board (SSB) interviews based on their performance in Degree Course. If a candidate possesses higher qualification with better percentage, his higher qualification will be considered for cut off. Integrated Headquarters, Ministry of Defence (Navy) reserves the right to short-list applications and to fix cut off percentage. 
  • No communication will be entertained on this account. 
  • SSB interviews for short-listed candidates will be scheduled at Bangalore/Bhopal/Coimbatore during Feb to May 2014.
  • Candidates will be facing 5 days SSB Interview.
  • Medical examination will be conducted for recommended candidates.
  • Candidates will get joining instruction as per all India merit list.

  • Candidate should apply Online through Indian Navy Official Portal.
  • Candidates are suggest to read the official notification before applying.

  4. is it required to send separate self attested photograph along with application …becoz it comes automatically attached with application after uploading ????? i dont think so .
    some r saying its compulsary while others dont …..

  5. i dont think that it is necessary to paste the photograph …becoz after uploading the photo it automatically comes attached with the application…no need to paste separate photo over the uploaded one………jus we have to take color print and self attest the photo…..thats it.
    is i am true guys ????? plz mention ur valuble comments in the reply.

    • No need to paste photograph.earlier we used to paste a photo.but this time they kept uploading of scanned photo option.so no need.but one photo self attested photo should be send pinned with other enclosures.

  6. What Exact documents to be send? Kindly list them up with serial number, I’ve sent some applications earlier too but didn’t get the call, although fulfilling all eligibility criteria and 70+% throughout in academics. Thanks 🙂

      • Thanks for the reply , i have 7 sems marksheets in original but not having 8th sem marksheet, is the online result printout (attested one) is valid ? And yes i too have the same confusion regarding the photograph. Hopefully someone who has been shortlisted in these kind of entries will guide us soon.

  7. i forgot to paste my photo in the reciept as i has took a color printout and also forgot send the marks sheets along with the application for pilot/observer 2014 through officer entry. so wil my application get rejected? is it possible that i can resend the application and the marks sheets again? or doing so again wil make my application rejected?

    • resend the appli with all the documents with an apology letter…..but not sure they accept or not. but atlest do ur job sincerely. this is the only thing u can do. jus hope they may accept.

  10. can anybody tell me …what is meant by other educational certificates which r required to be sent with application ??

    i am going to send the following certies —1. 10th marsheet n passing certi 2. 12th marksheet n passing certi 3. all 8 sem markshet 4.provisinal degree certi .

    anything else left guys ???????
    do we need to sent xero copies of sports or cultural event certificates also ????

        • Veer its not mandatory to send sports,cultural certificates.i have not send for ssc gs (x).but i have got call letter for ssb.if u have any sports certificates u may send them if u want.but its not compulsory.

          • aray yar…. cutt off kitna gaya navy ka….. i didnt get any call ….kab aaya tuje ..postal call letter aaya ya email/sms…. whats ur percentage ???

      disappears. i have filled the form in the moring itself….now going to
      send soon.

  11. Is there any problem in filling the online form I guess there is some maintenance work going on thats why its not letting to fill.?

      • but when i am trying to fill the online application,as soon as i select the option of ‘no’ in the question,that whether I’ve studied PCM in 10+2 level or not,it says i m not eligible, I’ve 64% aggregate,that is above what they are asking for i.e 50%. Then where’s the problem bro?
