Finally the wait is over and its time again for the candidates to put wings to their dream and get ready for the SSB as the results for the AFCAT held on 31 august has been announced. This separates the winners from the crowd and they would be going through one of the best and easiest exam of AFSB to have once in a life time experience now. All the shortlisted candidates should reach to website (http://www.careerairforce.nic.in) to check their individual results and selecting SSB dates and centres as per their convenience.
The cut off for AFCAT for this time has been kept 123/300 and for EKT 45/150. Only candidates who have cleared both would be considered for the technical branches this time. The following instructions should be kept in mind:
- Candidates can check their individual scores on the portal through their personalised login.
- Candidates are required to login and select the venue and the dates for AFSB. The last date to do this activity is 25 October so hurry up and choose dates and venue as per your convenience as it is not allowed to change in later stage.
- Generate the call up letter and don’t forget to print it from the website. I have seen candidate’s leaving this task and then worrying about it at later stage. Do it now only.
- Candidate needs to carry the call up letter, Admit card and other documents to the AFSB centres so this proves the importance of this document.
- If a candidate fails to do this selection of dates and centre activity by the allotted time then they would be allotted dates and centres randomly and would be intimated by the mail.
- Preparation needs to be started as there is no much time for AFSB to start and all the candidates should start this from their end which includes a bit of physical workout, psychology preparations and other necessary things.
- Pay special attention to collect all the documents and other necessary things that are mentioned in the call up letter as without that there would be no allowing of aspirants to give the AFSB.
