CDS 2 2015 Written Result SSB Dates and Merit List

CDS 2 2015 is conducted by UPSC on 1st Nov 2015 for IMA, OTA, AFA, and INA. Candidates who have applied for the CDS 2 2015 exam can find the details on CDS 2 2015 Result, SSB Dates and Merit list including other procedures.

On the basis of the results of the COMBINED DEFENCE SERVICES EXAMINATION (II), 2015 held by the Union Public Service Commission on 01st November, 2015, 8351 candidates with the following Roll Numbers have qualified for being interviewed by the Service Selection Board of the Ministry of Defence, for admission to (i) Indian Military Academy, Dehradun 141th Course commencing in July, 2016 (ii) Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala, Course commencing in July, 2016 (iii) Air Force Academy, Hyderabad (Pre-Flying) Training Course (200/16F/PC) commencing in July, 2016 (iv) Officers Training Academy, Chennai 104th SSC Course (for Men) commencing in October, 2016 and (v) Officers Training Academy, Chennai, 18th SSC Women (Non-Technical) Course commencing in October, 2016.

UPSC CDS 2 2015 Result

The candidature of all the candidates, whose Roll Numbers are shown in the lists below, is provisional. In accordance with the conditions of the admission to the examination, they are required to submit the original certificates in support of age (Date of Birth), educational qualifications, NCC (C) (Army Wing/Senior Division Air Wing/Naval Wing) etc. claimed by them along with attested copies thereof, to Army Headquarters, A.G.’s Branch/Rtg./CDSE Entry Section for males and SSC Women Entry Section for women candidates, West Block-III, Ground Floor, Wing 1, R.K. Puram, New Delhi-110066 in case of IMA/SSC as their first choice and to IHQ of MoD (Navy), DMPR (OI & R Section), Room No. 204, ‘C’-Wing, Sena Bhawan, New Delhi-110011 in case of Navy as their first choice, and to PO 3 (A) Air Headquarters, ‘J’ Block, Room No. 17, Opp. Vayu Bhawan, Motilal Nehru Marg, New Delhi-110011 in case of Air Force as their first choice. The original Certificates are to be submitted within two weeks of completion of the SSB Interview and not later than 13th May, 2016 (1st August, 2016 in case of SSC only). The candidates must not send the original Certificates to the Union Public Service Commission.

The marks-sheet of candidates who have not qualified, will be put on the Commission’s website within 15 days from the date of publication of the final result of OTA (after conducting SSB Interview) and will remain available on the website for a period of 60 days.

UPSC CDS 2 2015 SSB Dates

Once UPSC published the list of successful candidates, Indian army, air force and navy will publish the SSB interview dates for IMA, AFA, OTA and NA on their respective career website. SSB interviews of CDS 2 2015 will start one month after the date of result of written exam.

UPSC CDS 2 2015 Merit List

Once the SSB interviews are over, UPSC will publish the list of candidates who have cleared the SSB and AFSB interview. UPSC will not publish the result of medical test of recommended candidates, so the list which is published by UPSC will consists of roll numbers of unfit candidates as well. To check the final merit list of CDS 2 2015 candidates have to check the official website of the respective services.

Pocket Money for A NDA Cadet. On selection for admission to the National Defence Academy, the following are required to be deposited by you at the beginning of each term either in cash or through a bank draft for State Bank of India, NDA Branch, Pune (Code No 1269) in favour of “Cadets Accounts, NDA” (Name and UPSC No of the candidate to be written on the reverse of the DD).

Cost To Company (CTC) For A Sub-Lieutenant Indian Navy. Cost to Company (CTC) For A Sub-Lieutenant Indian Navy

The CTC for a Sub Lieutenant would be approximately Rs. 74,100/- per month. This includes Basic Pay, DA, Grade Pay, Military Service Pay, House Rent Allowances, Transport Allowance, Ration Allowance and kit Maintenance Allowance. These rates are subject to change.

  • Group Insurance & Gratuity. Insurance cover of Rs 50 lakhs (on contribution) and Gratuity as per the latest rules in force.
  • Leave Entitlements. On Commission, officers are entitled to 60 days annual and 20 days casual leave every year (subject to service exigencies). They are also entitled for 40% rail concession to any place and free travel (as per extant rules) for self and family. Leave during training period will be as per the Training Policy in force.

  3. Tattoo. Permanent body tattoos on any part of the body are permitted to candidates belonging to tribal communities/from tribal areas as declared by the Government of India. For other candidates permanent body tattoos are only permitted on inner face or forearms i.e. from inside of elbow to wrist end on the reverse side of palm/back (dorsal) side of hand. CDS 1 2018 ANSWER KEYS

Written exam of CDS-1-2018 was conducted by UPSC on 04th Feb 2018. Candidates who attempted the written exam of CDSE 1 2018 must be waiting for CDS 1 2018 answer keys and cut off marks. Through CDS 1 2018 exam, candidates will join the course commencing in July 2019 at IMA, AFA, NA and OTA for admission to the Army, Air Force wings and  Navy. Overall the paper was good enough for the candidates who have done preparation beforehand.
