Cleared NDA SSB Interview In 4th Attempt

0
NDA SSB Interview

Hello friends I am Sunny Kumar Singh. I am from U.P, Varanasi. I got recommended from 19 SSB Allahabad in my 4th attempt for NDA-141. I am one of the simplest persons you will ever meet in your life A person who has been a mediocre throughout his life. A person who is just average. My journey started in army public school Bathinda when I cleared my NDA in my first short for NDA-138 when I was 12th appearing.
SSB Interview Preparation Material [ 100% Recommended]

Got conferenced out from 14 SSB Allahabad. I was totally shattered. I still remember the words of my chemistry teacher who said I will never make it (which was true at that time. I wasn’t worth it) and it was just the starting to a never-ending journey called LIFE! I boast about the fact that I am person who is self-made and self-taught. After my first SSB I introspected myself and improved and just kept repeating it. I decided to join Chandigarh university and started pursuing CSE and even volunteered for NCC. Then I got a call for TES-38 and then got screened out from Kapurthala. At this point, I actually started doubting my skills and even though I am more suitable for some other career. A phase of life that people would never like to live. I was living an aimless life. I thought this is the worst phase of my life but my fate had a lot more…. I got a call for TES-39 at Bhopal… I was in a dilemma that whether I should even give it a short or not, finally went for it and it held nothing more than a disappointment … I got conferenced out again. I that time released if you are going for an SSB either you go prepared or you don’t go.

I started my preparation for next NDA written focused my approach on tips and tricks for mathematics because to clear NDA you need speed and accuracy. I used to study from YouTube and at the same time was able to manage a balanced college life had a decent score in my semesters. I made it … and from here there was no going back… things started to work out… I changed my schedule completely started living a more disciplined and punctual life I again started my preparation from scratch. My ANO (Associate NCC officer) started guiding me. I use to spend hours practicing my TAT and WAT skills. I use to imagine my interview and use to prepare my answers (My interview went exactly the same… the way I imagined). I use to prepare for my GTO from YouTube… use to watch videos and draw structures on pen and paper… and imagined myself doing those… I still consider my biggest strength is to have an optimistic approach in life… throughout the process, I never gave up … had faith on myself that I will make it for sure… and then on 7 sept 2018 I got Recommended from 19 SSB Allahabad. I knew this was my last shot and I have to make sure that it’s the best one… The only difference between my past 3 attempts and this one was preparation. I was more prepared this time.

Patience is the key everybody in this world has a different clock and a different time … wait for your time and when it’s your time there is no stopping you. I never wanted to write this post… but was asked by a close friend to do so… So, thank you Dherian. And thank you to all of you for considering this worth reading.

My Journey From Indian Army Jawan To Cracking SSB Interview

0
FROM ARMY JAWAN TO ARMY OFFICER

Hello, defence aspirants, this is my story of becoming an Indian army officer from OR. I hope this story will help and motivate the defence aspirants and my fellow soldier brothers.  It has been three years since I join the Indian army serve the motherland as it was always my dream to be in the uniform. Indian army provides a lot of opportunities to its soldier to rise through the ranks through various Indian army service entries like ACC, SCO and PC(SL).

I decided to grab the opportunity to become a commissioned officer through ACC entry which is also know as Army Cadet College Entry. I applied for the ACC entry through by education JCOs internally as this entry is only for the serving soldiers and you have to apply for it through internal channel. I cleared the ACC exam and SSB interview in my 1st attempt, I decided to write something to motivate other defence aspirants, hope my story will be helpful in your journey towards success.

So this is my story to cracking SSB from a soldier. After 9 months of training in the Indian army, I was posted in a unit and I decided to write the ACC exam, all my seniors and colleagues in my unit supported me in this endeavor as you know life in a peace station is really busy and one has to do more than one task and our day and night duty is always there, but I had that burning desire inside me to reach that level so I always read books in my short leisure time , if you are opting for it you have to sacrifice your sleep. Nothing is impossible but it is also not that easy, luck only favours those who work hard towards their goals. I remember the endless effort and struggle day and night to reach this goal which is the dream of many aspirants.

In my journey to achieve this goal, I experienced that there is no substitute to hard work and whatever your conditions are, you are not supposed to give any excuses if you want to achieve your goals, in fact, the army life is all about NO Excuses and only positive results. There were moments when the goals look too hard to achieve and you also need to cope up with your current duties, it was really difficult to manage all but at the end what matters is the success and the taste of it.

Book for SSB Interview Psychology Tests
SSB Interview Psychology Tests

For improving psychology I read few good books and started doing things in practical, for GTO task I did my daily duty timely, coordinated with fellow soldiers and maintained a healthy relation with seniors as well as juniors. My CO (commanding officer) and other officers and JCOs were all concerned as even after so much of motivation and support candidates were only clearing written exam, for SSB interview they provided spare time, knowledge about trade work,  arms, and many more. My unit sent me for PDP classes and I also took up a coaching class in The Lakshya Academy Delhi, I learned a lot of new things during my preparation, it enhanced my thinking power as well.

No to forget the support of SSBCrack, the Instagram page of SSBCrack had made a great influence while preparing for the SSB interview and  SSBCrack Interview Books for SSB are the one I would recommend to all the defence aspirants preparing for the SSB interview. One thing good while preparing for SSB interview is you will know more about yourself and make you a good person with right attitude. I have done my best and have completed my first task in life, I would like to thank my Parents, friends and above all, My Unit which helped and supported me during my tough times. The life in the army is not easy but people who dare to live this life can achieve anything.

Indian Army Women Officers

It seems the dream of joining the National Defence Academy for the young girl will be a possibility soon. Minister of State for Defence Dr. Subhash Bhamre said Thursday that moves are underway to allow the entry of women into combat roles and a proposal is being actively considered to allow admission of girls at the National Defence Academy (NDA). Dr. Subhash Bhamre was speaking at the inauguration of the newly sanctioned Industrial Training Institute (ITI) — the first in Pune Cantonment.

At present only male candidates can join the National Defence Academy after 12th for the Indian army, air force and Indian navy after writing the CDS exam which is conducted by UPSC two times every year. Women can not join the National Defence Academy yet and they can only apply for the Army, Navy, and Airforce after graduation. Opening up the gates of NDA would be a bold move by the government and it will be interesting to see how soon this will come into reality.

The Indian Armed Forces are completing the process to introduce permanent commissioning for women in its three services — the Army, the Navy, and the Air Force. Minister of State for Defence Dr. Subhash Bhamre said Thursday that moves are underway to allow the entry of women into combat roles and a proposal is being actively considered to allow admission of girls at the National Defence Academy (NDA).

Bhamre was speaking at the inauguration of the newly sanctioned Industrial Training Institute (ITI) — the first in Pune Cantonment. Deepa Bajwa, the new Director-General, Defence Estates, Ministry of Defence, and others were present. Bhamre also released the logo of the newly set up Dr. Ambedkar Memorial ITI. Bhamre also said that Pune Cantonment was the first to set up 20 MLD Sewage Treatment Plant, which is a part of the Swachh Bharat Mission.
