The Indian Army is going to publish the SSC 54 Tech Men and SSC 25 Tech Women Notification 2019-20 on 24th July 2019. Engineering candidates who are willing to serve the country as an Officer are welcome to apply. Go through this article before applying, it will help you to understand about the notification clearly. The Indian Army invites applications from unmarried MALE and unmarried FEMALE Engineering Graduates and also from Widows of Defence Personnel for grant of Short Service Commission in the Indian Army in all Arms/Services. SSC Tech is a technical entry for engineering graduates, it has no written exam and applications are shortlisted based on your percentage in engineering. If you are shortlisted, you will directly face the SSB Interview followed by a Medical Examination. Training will be at Officers Training Academy (OTA), Chennai.

SSC 54 Tech SSCW 25 ELIGIBILITY: Below are the important eligibility conditions for recruiting men and women engineering graduates into the Indian Army. Please check the eligibility conditions before applying.

Nationality: A candidate must either be :

  • A citizen of India
  • A subject of Bhutan
  • A subject of Nepal
  • A Tibetan refugee who came over to India before the 1st of January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India
  • A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Srilanka and East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire and Ethiopia, and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
  • Provided that a candidate belonging to categories above shall be a person in whose favor a certificate of eligibility has been issued by Government of India. Certificate of eligibility will however not be necessary in the case of candidates who are Gorkha subjects of Nepal.

Age Limit: – Below is the age limit criteria mentioned for both men and women engineering graduates.

  • SSC (Tech)-54 Men and SSC (Tech)-25 Women:– 20 to 27 years as on 01 April 2020 (Candidates born between 02 April 1993 and 01 April 2000) (both dates inclusive)
  • SCW (Non-Tech) (Non-UPSC)– For Widows of Defence Personnel who died in harness only. Max 35 years of age as on 01 April 2020.

Educational Qualification: Candidates who have passed Engineering Degree course or are in the final year of Engineering course are eligible to apply. The candidates studying in the final year examination of Degree Course should be able to produce the Engineering Degree within 12 weeks from the date of commencement of training at OTA. Such candidates will be inducted on Additional Bond Basis for recovery of the cost of training at OTA as notified from time to time as well as stipend and pay & allowances paid, in case they fail to produce the requisite Degree Certificate within the specified time.

SSC 54 Tech SSCW 25 Important Note: – Candidates must note that the minimum educational qualification for induction into SSC(T)-54 Men and SSC(T)-25 Women is BE/B. Tech degree in the Engineering stream notified below. Therefore, to become eligible for induction into SSC(T)-54 Men and SSC(T)-25 Women course, candidates studying in the final year of engineering must complete all the formalities including written, practicals, projects, backlogs, viva voce, etc, for the award of qualifying BE/B. Tech degree failing which their candidature is liable to be cancelled.

SSC 54 Tech SSCW 25 HOW TO APPLY:

  • Applications will only be accepted online on website “www.joinindianarmy.nic.in”. Click on ‘Officers Entry Apply/Login’ and then click ‘Registration’. Fill the online registration form after reading the instructions carefully.
  • After getting registered, click on ‘Apply Online’.
  • A page ‘Officers Selection – Eligibility’ will open. Then click ‘Apply’ shown against Technical Graduate Course.
  • A page ‘Application Form’ will open. Read the instructions carefully and click ‘Continue’ to fill details as required under various segments. Personal information, Communication details, Education details and details of previous SSB.
  • Save & Continue’ each time before you go to the next segment.
  • After filling details on the last segment, you will move to a page ‘Summary of your information’ wherein you can check and edit the entries already made.
  • Then click on ‘Submit now’ only after carefully ascertaining that the correct details have been filled in.
  • After submitting, click on “PDF” and take two copies of the application form having Roll No and other details generated by the system.

SSC 54 Tech SSCW 25 SELECTION PROCEDURE: 

  • Short listing of Applications. Integrated HQ of MoD(Army) reserves the right to shortlist applications and to fix cut off percentage of marks for each engineering discipline without assigning any reason.
  • Only shortlisted eligible candidates depending on the cutoff percentage will be interviewed at Selection Centres, Allahabad (UP), Bhopal (MP), Bangalore (Karnataka) and Kapurthala (Punjab) by Psychologist, Group Testing Officer and Interviewing Officer.
  • Call Up letter for SSB interview will be issued only through candidate’s registered e-mail id and through SMS.
  • Allotment of Selection Centre is at the discretion of Dte Gen of Rtg, IHQ MoD (Army) and NO request for changes are entertained in this regard.
  • Interviews will be held from Nov 2019 (Expected) onwards.
  • Candidates will put at the two-stage selection procedure.
  • Those who clear Stage I will go to Stage II.
  • Those who fail in Stage I will be returned on the same day.

Ujjwal DISCOM Assurance Yojana
  • Measures to enhance the sources of capital for infrastructure financing:
    • Credit Guarantee Enhancement Corporation to be set up in 2019-2020.
    • Action plan to be put in place to deepen the market for long term bonds with a focus on infrastructure.
    • Proposed transfer/sale of investments by FIIs/FPIs (in debt securities issued by IDF-NBFCs) to any domestic investor within the specified lock-in period.
  • Measures to deepen bond markets:
    • Stock exchanges to be enabled to allow AA rated bonds as collaterals.
    • User-friendliness of trading platforms for corporate bonds to be reviewed.
  • Social stock exchange:
    • Electronic fundraising platform under the regulatory ambit of SEBI.
    • Listing social enterprises and voluntary organizations.
    • To raise capital as equity, debt or as units like a mutual fund.
  • SEBI to consider raising the threshold for a minimum public shareholding in the listed companies from 25% to 35%.
  • Know Your Customer (KYC) norms for Foreign Portfolio Investors to be made more investor-friendly.
  • Government to supplement efforts by RBI to get retail investors to invest in government treasury bills and securities, with further institutional development using stock exchanges.
  • Measures to make India a more attractive FDI destination:
    • FDI in sectors like aviation, media (animation, AVGC) and insurance sectors can be opened further after the multi-stakeholder examination.
    • Insurance Intermediaries to get 100% FDI.
    • Local sourcing norms to be eased for FDI in Single Brand Retail sector.
  • Government to organize an annual Global Investors Meet in India, using National Infrastructure Investment Fund (NIIF) as an anchor to get all three sets of global players (pension, insurance and sovereign wealth funds).
  • The statutory limit for FPI investment in a company is proposed to be increased from 24% to sectoral foreign investment limit. Option to be given to the concerned corporate to limit it to a lower threshold.
  •  FPIs to be permitted to subscribe to listed debt securities issued by ReITs and InvITs.
  • NRI-Portfolio Investment Scheme Route is proposed to be merged with the Foreign Portfolio Investment Route.
  • Cumulative resources garnered through new financial instruments like Infrastructure Investment Trusts (InvITs), Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), as well as models like Toll-Operate-Transfer (ToT), exceed Rs. 24,000 crore.

International Financial Services Centre (IFSC)

  • Direct tax incentives proposed for an IFSC:
    • 100 % profit-linked deduction in any ten-year block within a fifteen-year period.
    • Exemption from dividend distribution tax from current and accumulated income to companies and mutual funds.

    • Exemption to interest payment on the loan is taken from non-residents.

    • Eligible beneficiaries to be provided 1.95 crore houses with amenities like toilets, electricity and LPG connections during its second phase (2019-20 to 2021-22).
  • Pradhan Mantri Matsya Sampada Yojana (PMMSY)
    • A robust fisheries management framework through PMMSY to be established by the Department of Fisheries.
    • To address critical gaps in the value chain including infrastructure, modernization, traceability, production, productivity, post-harvest management, and quality control.
  • Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY)
    • The target of connecting the eligible and feasible habitations advanced from 2022 to 2019 with 97% of such habitations already being provided with all-weather connectivity.
    • 30,000 kilometers of PMGSY roads have been built using Green Technology, Waste Plastic, and Cold Mix Technology, thereby reducing carbon footprint.
    • 1,25,000 kilometers of road length to be upgraded over the next five years under PMGSY III with an estimated cost of Rs. 80,250 crore.
  • Scheme of Fund for Upgradation and Regeneration of Traditional Industries’ (SFURTI)
    • Common Facility Centres (CFCs) to be set up to facilitate cluster-based development for making traditional industries more productive, profitable and capable of generating sustained employment opportunities.
    • 100 new clusters to be set up during 2019-20 with special focus on Bamboo, Honey, and Khadi, enabling 50,000 artisans to join the economic value chain.
  • Scheme for Promotion of Innovation, Rural Industry, and Entrepreneurship’ (ASPIRE) consolidated.
    • 80 Livelihood Business Incubators (TBIs) and 20 Technology Business Incubators (TBIs) to be set up in 2019-20.
    • 75,000 entrepreneurs to be skilled in agro-rural industry sectors.
  • Private entrepreneurship to be supported in driving value-addition to farmers’ produce from the field and for those from allied activities.
  • Dairying through cooperatives to be encouraged by creating infrastructure for cattle feed manufacturing, milk procurement, processing & marketing.
  • India’s water security
    • New Jal Shakti Mantralaya to look at the management of our water resources and water supply in an integrated and holistic manner
    • Jal Jeevan Mission to achieve Har Ghar Jal (piped water supply) to all rural households by 2024
    • To focus on integrated demand and supply-side management of water at the local level.
    • Convergence with other Central and State Government Schemes to achieve its objectives.
    • 1592 critical and overexploited Blocks spread across 256 District being identified for the Jal Shakti Abhiyan.

  • Government to work with State Governments to allow farmers to benefit from e-NAM.
  • Zero Budget Farming in which few states’ farmers are already being trained to be replicated in other states.

  • More than 5.6 lakh villages have become Open Defecation Free (ODF).

  • Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana – Urban (PMAY-Urban)-
    • Over 81 lakh houses with an investment of about Rs. 4.83 lakh crore sanctioned of which construction started in about 47 lakh houses.
    • Over 26 lakh houses completed of which nearly 24 lakh houses delivered to the beneficiaries.
    • Over 13 lakh houses so far constructed using new technologies.
  • More than 95% of cities also declared Open Defecation Free (ODF).

Captain Navita Rajan lost her life in a road accident in Udhampur.
As per the details, a car which was on its way to Jammu from Udhampur, skidded off the road near Jib Morh on National Highway as the driver of the vehicle identified as Capt Navita Rajan lost control over it. The critically injured army officer was shifted to Army Command Hospital where doctors declared her as dead.

  • Nationality – The candidate must be a citizen of India.

JAG 24 Medical Standards :

  • The candidate must be fit as per the physical standards mentioned in the guidelines available at www.joinindianarmy.nic.in.
  • The candidates, who will be recommended by the SSB, will be further sent for medical examination. Those who pass the exam will be accepted.

JAG 24 Selection Procedure :

The selection procedure of the JAG entry is as follows-

  • The shortlisting of candidates on the basis of the academic performance will be done by Recruiting Directorate, Integrated Headquarter of MoD (Army). The list of shortlisted candidates will be put on www.joinindianarmy.nic.in.
  • The shortlisted candidates will be allotted SSB centers and the date of reporting will be sent to them by e-mail or SMS.
  • The candidates, who will report at the mentioned SSB center on the mentioned date, will face stage 1 (Screening) and Stage 2 (psychology, GTO and personal interview).
  • Those who pass stage 1 will stay for stage 2 and those who fail in stage one will be set free on the same day.
  • Candidates who will get the recommendation after stage 2 will undergo documentation and will be sent for medical examination.

Training :

  • The candidates who will get their names in the final merit list will be called for training in Officers Training Academy, Chennai.
  • The training will last for 49 weeks and the cadets will be granted commission in the rank of lieutenant after the completion of the training.
  • As per the guidelines and rules, the candidates are neither allowed to marry during training nor will they not be allowed to live with parents or guardians.
  • Any candidate found married before or during the training will be discharged from the training.
  • The government of India will manage all expenses of the training of the cadets. The cadets will be awarded Post Graduate Diploma in Defense Management and Strategic Studies by the University of Madras after the end of the training.

The Indian Army released NCC 47 Special Entry Scheme Notification on 10 July 2019 to select NCC Cadets as Officers in the Indian Army. Candidates who completed their ‘C’ Certificate Course with ‘A’ and ‘B’ Grades in the Certificate Exam of NCC are eligible to apply this notification. The applied candidates will be sent to SSB Interview without any written examination. Generally to join as Officers’ candidates will be writing CDS examination conducted by UPSC every year. But the candidates who have NCC ‘C’ Certificate they have a great opportunity to attend the SSB Interview without any competition. NCC 47th COURSE EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: Graduate with an aggregate of minimum 50% marks taking into account marks of all the years. Those studying in final year are also allowed to apply provided they have secured minimum 50% aggregate marks in the first two/three years of three/four years degree course respectively. Such students will need to secure overall aggregate of minimum 50% marks if selected in the interview, failing which their candidature will be CANCELLED.

Hey guys Indian Air Force (IAF) invites applications from UNMARRIED MALE INDIAN/NEPALESE CITIZENS from designated Districts of State of Karnataka to join as Airmen in Group Y. This Recruitment Test is for Group ‘Y’ (Non-Technical), Automobile Technician (Auto Tech), Indian Air Force (Police) and Medical Assistant Trades at Nehru Stadium, Shivamogga, Karnataka from 17 JULY 2019 to 23 JULY 2019 as per the schedule is given by IAF. The Indian Air Force (IAF) releases this notification every year to recruit a lot of young defence aspirants through rallies at a particular district or state in the country. In other notifications, they will be mentioning the number of vacant positions and they will fill those vacancies only, sometimes those posts are not even filled and left as backlog posts. AGE LIMITS: Age limit also plays a vital role in the recruitment process.   • Sons of serving Air Force personnel {Officer/Airmen/NCs(E) and Unit cadre Civilians paid from Defence Estimates} whose father/mother is presently serving in any Air Force Unit/any other Organisation located in the designated Districts (as specified in Paragraph 2 above) of State of Karnataka irrespective of their domicile status, shall be permitted to appear in the rally subject to production of latest SOAFP (Son of Air Force Personnel) Certificate (format available at CASB site on AFNET).
  • Sons of Air Force personnel {Officers/Airmen/NCs(E) and Unit Cadre Civilians paid from Defence Estimates} whose father/mother is Retired/Discharged/ Deceased and they are residing in the designated Districts (as specified in Paragraph 2 above) of State of Karnataka shall be permitted to appear in the rally subject to production of proof of minimum stay of one year along with original and photocopy of Service Book/Discharge Book/Casualty Service Certificate/Service Particular Certificate (issued from DPO-3/DAV, as applicable) in case of Officers/Airmen/NCs(E) and a Certificate duly signed by OIC Civil Admin and countersigned by CO/C Adm O of the last served unit, in case of Civilians.

  • Hearing: Candidate should have normal hearing i.e. able to hear forced whisper from a distance of 6 meters with each ear separately.
  • Dental: Should have healthy gums, a good set of teeth and a minimum 14 dental points.
  • Health: Candidate should be of normal anatomy without loss of any appendages. He should be free from any active or latent, acute or chronic, medical or surgical disability or infection and skin ailments. Candidate must be physically and mentally FIT to perform duty in any part of the world, in any climate and terrain.

BODY TATTOO: Permanent body tattoos shall not be permitted. However, tattoos only on the inner face of the forearms (inside of elbow to the wrist), back (dorsal) part of the hand/reverse side of palm and for Tribals tattoos which are as per custom and traditions of their tribes may be considered. However, the right to decide on acceptability/unacceptability of the individual shall rest with the Selection Centre. Candidates with permanent body tattoos shall submit two photographs (close up and distant view) with details of size and type of the Tattoo.

INDIAN AIR FORCE AIRMEN GROUP Y SELECTION PROCESS: Candidates should ensure that the selection procedure for recruitment rallies will be different from another original process. Candidates discharged from Indian Air Force for any reason are not eligible to appear in the rally.

ADAPTABILITY TEST 1 & 2:

All candidates who pass the Written Test shall undertake Adaptability Test-1 on the same or subsequent day depending on the local conditions. Adaptability Test – 1 is to assess the suitability of a candidate for employment in the IAF which involves deployment in varied geographic terrain, weather and operational conditions.

All candidates who pass Adaptability Test-1 will have to undertake Adaptability Test-2 as per policy in vogue. Adaptability Test-2 is to select candidates who can adapt to the environment of the Indian Air Force and are able to adjust to the military way of life.

MEDICAL EXAMINATION: Candidates who qualify Adaptability Test -2 shall be medically examined in the month of January 2020 at Air Force Station Yelahanka. Medical Examination shall be conducted by the Air Force Medical Team as per IAF medical standards and existing policy in vogue. Medical Examination would also include Baseline Investigation of: –

TRAINING DETAILS: Enrolment shall be for an initial period of 20 years (subject to condition) which may be extended up to the age of 57 years
(subject to service conditions). Initially, candidates shall be sent for a Joint Basic Phase Training (JBPT) at Basic Training Institute, Belagavi (Karnataka). On successful completion of JBPT, candidates will be allocated trades and sent for trade training of specified durations which shall include Security training or any other training centre as per service requirements.

PAY & ALLOWANCES: During training, a stipend of Rs. 14,600/- per month shall be paid. On completion of training, the starting gross emoluments at the minimum of scale of pay including Military Service Pay (MSP) shall be Rs. 26,900/- per month plus Dearness allowance (as applicable) which, in
subsequent years may rise as per the career progression of the individual.

  • The Recruitment Test shall be conducted from 6 AM onwards as per the details are given. Candidates (from designated districts of the state of Karnataka)
  • Reporting up to 10 AM on 17 July 2019, 19 July 2019 and 21 July 2019 at Nehru Stadium, Shivamogga, Karnataka (Rally venue) shall only be permitted to appear in the Recruitment Test.

I recently got recommended from 17 SSB, Bangalore for SSC/JAG 23rd Course, OTA in my 7th and last attempt. I was always hopeful and confident that one day I will be having this privilege to write my success story on this page. SSBCRACK has been my constant confidante. BRIEF INTRODUCTION

The charm for uniform has been a historical phenomenon in my family. My father is serving officer in rajasthan police. He always had a dream to join the army but due to personal reasons he couldn’t. I am extremely happy to suffice his desire and make him proud. As a child I was fascinated towards the grumbling sound of army trucks and the aura of officers in their shining olive green. At a very early age I decided which path I would take in my life. But life does not work out the way we want. I wrote NDA examination and could not clear the same. I did not let my heart grow weak so after guidance I opted for law as a career. Immediately after I graduated in 2016 the series of SSB attempts started.

DAY 1 REPORTING AND SCREENING

Total of 98 candidates reported on DAY 1. I was allotted chest no. 68. Screening has never been an issue with me because I perform well in the OIR test, write an innovative story in PPDT and effectively participate in the Group Discussion. I believe a different framing of a story including planned actions can be a game changer in screening. Be loud, assertive yet humble and screening will be a cake walk. 28 candidates were screened in and I was allotted chest no.21

DAY 2 PSYCHOLOGICAL TESTING

In my humble opinion, I believe TAT is the most important test of all in the psychological test series. Previously I committed mistakes in TAT by deliberately writing stories totally in contrast to my personality. I used to focus on bringing OLQ’s in all the stories. With time and good guidance I corrected this mistake and this time I wrote stories revolving around my experiences which I have undergone in 26 years of my life without giving due regard to bringing OLQ’s. I think the psychologist is well efficient to do that part. Therefore, TAT is a manifestation of your experiences and ideology which culminates into framing of a basic idea about an individual. So be honest and free while writing stories. Try to relate it with the PIQ form which you had already filled.

WAT was by far the most easiest of all. I wrote my genuine reactions on the displayed word without any regard to beauty of sentence. For eg: TEASE – Teasing friends is fun. It was a genuine reaction as I do enjoy troubling my friends.

SRT is a tricky affair. I managed to do 42 SRT’s but focused on quality and complete reaction. Just be genuine and keep responses practical. There is no right or wrong answers in SRT. It is just your personal reaction to a situation.

I completed my self description within time and wrote genuine opinions of my parents, employers, friends etc. Accept your shortcomings and write what measures you are taking to improve them.

DAY 3 & 4 GTO

I have always enjoyed GTO testing. My power of expression is my greatest strength and it proved handy in GTO. We were 10 as a group and all were repeaters so without a doubt there was a chaos in group discussion. I made sure that I spoke 4-5 times without interruption and with high assertiveness. Similarly in GPE I gave 2-3 valid points and sat back keeping my composure. I did not forget to smile within that chaotic situation. A smile can change the entire course of discussion. Do not let your ground get away and be confident.

PGT was a mess too. Our GTO was extremely frustrated after our group’s violent participation. I gave 2 ideas in PGT which worked and the other time I helped others to execute their ideas. I felt I was sidelined by everybody but I didn’t let my composure go away and maintained the smile.

In the HGT, I was able to give many ideas and I utilized the given opportunity. Until this time I was confident that the GTO has been watching me with expectation so I gave my best.

My lecturette topics to my surprise were below normal. Other candidates spoke on very interesting topics and I was busy gazing into that pad. During the 3 minute time for preparation for the topic, I was still deciding until almost 2 minutes had passed. My topics were-

  1. My favourite teacher
  2. My favourite subject
  3. My favourite player
  4. Smart phones

I chose smart phones to speak on and efficiently handled it by bringing day to day examples. I was satisfied with my lecturette.

I personally did the highest individual obstacles counting all my previous attempts. I did 14 individual obstacles with ease. It is important to enjoy the obstacles as the GTO is more concerned about your attitude towards obstacles.

My command task was a bit tricky and by looking at the GTO’s reaction I was confident that I have a fair chance of clearing the GTO testing. The GTO took a short interview before explaining the task. He asked me about my current job, my hobbies, my reason to join the army, why I was not recommended previously etc. After much difficulty I could clear the command task and I was happy.

INTERVIEW

My interview was taken by the President of the Board. Previously I always feared the interview. I used to come under pressure and under perform. But this time I prepared myself with a notion that “I AM HERE TO GIVE MY BEST AND I WILL NOT CARE FOR THE RESULT”. This strategy worked and my interview went extremely smooth and comfortable. My prior preparation of current affairs proved to be a game changer.

IO:  So bhanu you mentioned that international relations is your favourite subject. Now tell me starting from east to west as to how many countries are facing acute civil war like situations. And also tell me the name of their president’s.

I was able to answer all the countries and he was satisfied.

IO:  Your father is in police service. Why don’t you continue the legacy?

IO: Tell me your father’s weakness.

IO: Why were you not recommended? Do you deserve to serve in the army?

I maintained my composure and smile during the interview despite persistent pressure imposed on me. I was honest and humble and displayed improvement.

CONFERENCE DAY (LIFE CHANGER)

Finally the day which brings hope, excitement and despair. We were dressed up in our formal attire and could see candidates praying to the almighty. I was relatively calm and composed. The conference soon started and when chest no. 20 left the conference room then suddenly my heart began to pump in a crazy way. That rush inside my heart was extremely loud and my ears were hot and could not hear anything. After a wait of 5-6 minutes, the buzzer went off and I walked in with heads held high and chest throttled up. The president was not present so I wished the deputy president who was a colonel and sat down. I was asked 3 questions:

  1. Bhanu, if you are made the Chief Justice of India for 2 days, what measures will you take to improve the judicial system of our country?

I replied giving 5 points and he seemed satisfied.

  • Bhanu, as a lawyer how will you help a college student who has been subjected to ragging?

I mentioned the steps and he further asked me to justify so I did successfully.

  • Bhanu, if you get recommended which regiment you would opt for in future?

I replied Sir, I would choose Gorkha Rifles.

He asked why gorkha?

I replied sir, my family members and friends say that I look like a gorkha since my childhood. So this constant reminder unconsciously fascinated me towards learning about the grit and valour of the mighty gorkha’s.

He stopped me right there, pat his hand on the table and the entire board members laughed.  He then wished me good luck and I was dismissed.

THE MOMENT OF RECKONING

The psychologist who conducted our tests came with the result. He was a Lieutenant Colonel. I have never seen such a true gentleman walking in his well creased, ironed uniform and his charming personality in the olive green impressed everybody in the room. He started calling the chest numbers. 3 candidates were already called and they stood near him. I thought that’s it. This is the end. Immediately the idea of alternate career engulfed my head and with hopeful eyes, I looked again. He took a deep breath and announced CHEST NO.21. HELL YEAH. I stood up with little drops of tears in my eyes, walked towards him, said my name and stood by. I stood shocked, surprised, happy and tons of other emotions ran throughout my body. As soon as the psychologist left the room, I cried like a baby. The failures of previous attempts flashed before my eyes. The struggle was real and it was worth it. My friends hugged me and congratulated. I could not hold my ground for at least half an hour. Finally, hard work paid off. BEING RECOMMENDED IN THE LAST ATTEMPT HAS ITS OWN ADVENTURE. Thanks to my parents and friends who always believed in my capabilities. I want to thank Rajpal Singh Rathore Sir who showed me the correct path in this journey. And the entire team of SSBCRACK.COM who constantly push candidates to perform. I am declared medical fit and waiting for the merit list. JAI HIND.

Budget for Modernisation of Armed Forces 2019

BUDGET MODERNISATION OF ARMED FORCES

In May 2001, the Defence Industry sector, which was hitherto reserved for the public sector, was opened up to 100% for Indian private sector participation, with Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) up to 26% both subject to licensing. Further, Department of Industrial Policy & Promotion, Ministry of Commerce & Industry has notified revised FDI policy under which FDI is allowed under automatic route up to 49% and beyond 49% through Government route wherever it is likely to result in access to modern technology or for other reasons to be recorded. During the last three financial years (2016-17 to 2018-19), 149 contracts, have been signed with Indian vendors (91) and foreign vendors (58) for capital procurement of defence equipment for Armed Forces.

Government is taking measures for modernization of the Armed Forces, through procurement of new equipment and upgrading of existing equipment and systems. The modernization projects are being progressed as per the approved Capital Acquisition Plans and in terms of the extant Defence Procurement Procedure.

Since the launch of ‘Make in India’ in Sep. 2014, several measures have been taken by the Government to promote indigenous design, development and manufacture of defence & aerospace equipment in the country under ‘Make in India’ by harnessing the capabilities of the public and private sector.

Cracked SSB Interview Two Times Back To Back

Hi, my name is SKANDA GAUTAM. I’m from Bangalore. I’m doing my Mechanical Engineering in U.V.C.E. I got recommended back to back for SSC TECH from NSB Vizag and SSC PILOT from 12SSB Bangalore in my first attempt. As a fresher, I had very little knowledge about SSB once I got my Call Up Letter I started interacting with my seniors and followed your page SSBCrack. Being a fresher it was very exciting and a different atmosphere altogether when compared to the College placements.

Around 240 people had reported on the first day put of which 28 got screened in and I was happy that I could make it through for the next 4 days and the most important was the Psychology test and the Personal interview. My interview went on for about 1 hour and I was now happy that I was able to answer all the questions ask by the interviewer my only advice for this is give straightforward answers and don’t think too much. If you have the 15OLQ’s you will be selected.

The conference day was day is the most stressful day where you wait till afternoon for the results. Finally the officer comes and tells only two of you have been selected and calls my chest number.

And that’s it I don’t think there are any words to describe that feeling. After that I had my medicals for next few days INHS Kalyani.

10days later I had my second SSB for SSC PILOT in Bangalore. The only thing I had kept in mind was what Abdul Kalam had told ” Don’t take rest after your first victory because if you fail in second, more lips are waiting to say that your first victory was just luck”. I just went there with an open mind like a fresher and gave my best. Within a span of 15days I was recommended twice
