The Northern Command Investiture Ceremony, marked by its solemnity and grandeur, recognized the valor and dedication of those who have gone beyond the call of duty in service to the nation.

The awards presented during the ceremony included one Yudh Seva Medal, a prestigious decoration awarded for distinguished service of a high order during wartime. Additionally, 45 Sena Medals for Gallantry were awarded to soldiers who displayed extraordinary courage and valor.

Three Sena Medals (Distinguished) were also presented for outstanding service in operations against the enemy or for distinguished service in peacetime.

The mid-term hike, meticulously planned and executed by the dedicated team at the 2 Signal Training Centre, served as a platform for cadets to test their physical endurance, hone their navigation skills, and cultivate teamwork under challenging outdoor conditions.
