Good to see Uttarakhand in top three, a small hilly state …. But I have seen children there dreaming of Armed forces …. If proper infrastructure and guidance is provided to the youth from villages we will soon be the flag bearer of this list ….. Anyhow after being in the Army all these states become a unit INDIA
Like it or not, there is a little bias towards South Indians in army especially those who doesn’t know Hindi. I have seen it with my own eyes.

This list is misleading. There are many south Indians in the military. The madras regiment has been a major recruitment centre for a long time.
