Lieutenant General Manjinder Singh, Army Commander of the Sapta Shakti Command, recently visited the Hisar Military Station, where he observed the tactical training exercises conducted by the Division and evaluated the state-of-the-art Counter-Drone node.
During his visit, Lt Gen Singh witnessed firsthand the advanced training and drills designed to counter the growing drone threat, an area that has seen significant focus given the evolving nature of modern warfare. He expressed appreciation for the formation’s proactive approach in adapting and improving their response capabilities through specialized training.
Additionally, the Army Commander lauded the Hisar Military Station for its commitment to environmental sustainability. He praised the station’s green initiatives and its practices in recycling waste, which align with the national Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan (Clean India Mission). These efforts demonstrate the station’s dedication to integrating eco-friendly practices within its operations.
