In a heartfelt tribute to a lifetime of service to the Indian Army and the nation, Major General Devender Kumar, Commandant of the RVC Centre and College, honored Ex Dfr (Rdr) Mukhtiar Singh, a centenarian veteran of the Corps, on the occasion of his 100th birthday.

As part of the tribute, Mukhtiar Singh was presented with a Pension Payment Order (PPO), which includes a 100% increase in his pension in recognition of his exceptional service and longevity.
