Vice Admiral Gurcharan Singh, Commandant of the National Defence Academy, delivered the valedictory address at the conclusion of the 42nd Naval Technical Staff Course (NTSC-42) at the Military Institute of Technology (MILIT) in Pune.
The ceremony celebrated the successful completion of the course by 15 officers from the Indian Navy.
