The 78th Annual Conference of the Bombay Medical Congress, a significant event in the medical calendar, commenced on March 16, 2024, at the Indian Naval Health Service Asvini in Mumbai. This year’s inauguration was presided over by Vice Admiral Sanjay J Singh, Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the Western Naval Command.
The conference was graced by the presence of Lieutenant General Daljit Singh, the Director General of Armed Forces Medical Services (DGAFMS), who was the guest of honour and delivered the prestigious Western Naval Command oration.
The session was chaired by Vice Admiral Krishna Swaminathan, Chief of Personnel, and Surgeon Vice Admiral Arti Sarin, Director General Medical Services (Navy) at Naval Headquarters.
