IAF Conducts Two-Day Workshop on Artificial Intelligence

The workshop served as a platform for brainstorming and deliberating on various topics pertinent to AI, specifically tailored to address the unique challenges and opportunities within the aerospace sector.

In a bid to harness the potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the realm of aerospace technology, the Indian Air Force (IAF) recently organized a comprehensive two-day workshop on Artificial Intelligence.

The workshop, organized by the Office of the Scientific Advisor to the Chief of Air Staff (CAS), in collaboration with various DRDO labs specializing in AI, aimed to explore the innovative applications and advancements of AI in the aerospace domain.

Championed under the guidance of Secretary of Defence Research and Development (DDR&D) and Chairman of DRDO, Dr. SV Kamat, along with Deputy Chief of Air Staff (DCAS) Air Marshal Ashutosh Dixit, the workshop convened a diverse array of delegates, including experts, researchers, and practitioners from both the military and civilian sectors.
