Two cadets of Indian Naval Academy (INA) visited United States Naval Academy (USNA), Annapolis, to participate in the Leadership Conference Programme aimed to deliberate on leadership challenges faced by military leaders in recent times. Ten international cadets from five countries viz. Brazil, Canada, Germany, India and Japan were invited to participate in the leadership conference along with cadets of USNA. Cadet Paritosh Singh and Cadet Rohan Singh Pal from INA accompanied by their Squadron Commander Lieutenant Commander Sandeep G Nair represented INA.
The cadets were provided an opportunity to witness the daily regime of US Naval cadets and were also exposed to the Academy’s training laboratories, simulators and theoretical classes during the course of the programme. Eminent speakers from Headquarters of the United States Department of Defense, Federal Bureau of Investigation, National Aeronautics and Space Administration, serving and veteran Admirals and Generals from US Navy, US Marine Corps and Navy SEALs and officials from SWAT participated in the Leadership Conference.
