NCC Hosts WTLO Conference in Shillong to Boost Girl Cadet Enrollment

The North Eastern Region Directorate (NER DTE) of the National Cadet Corps (NCC) recently hosted a pivotal Whole Time Lady Officer (WTLO) Conference in Shillong. The conference aimed to address the specific challenges of training and increasing the enrollment of girl cadets in the North Eastern Region, an area known for its unique geographical and logistical challenges.

WTLOs from across the region gathered to discuss strategies to enhance the participation of young women in the NCC. The conference served as a critical platform for exchanging ideas and best practices to foster a more inclusive and robust cadet environment.
