In a significant stride towards strengthening civil-military relations and bolstering operational readiness, General Manoj Pande, the Chief of Army Staff (COAS), paid a courtesy visit to Shri Banwari Lal Purohit, the Hon’ble Governor of Punjab and Administrator of UT Chandigarh.
